FANS DI FEDERICO MOCCIA DI TUTTA ITALIA, UNITEVI…e cambiate articolo. Qui non troverete storielle di adolescenti persi d’amore (ah!), che studiano poco, pensano anche meno e passano il tempo a parlare del gadget cha va più di moda. No. “Harry Potter” è tutta un’altra storia….e What a story! Not easy to tell, especially for a fierce fan (see: me), but they may groped.

APPELLO ALLA REGIONE BASILICATA E AL GOVERNO

Noi cittadini impegnati nella politica, nella cultura e nelle arti, nei lavori e nell’impresa, negli studi e nella ricerca non possiamo restare indifferenti o in silenzio dinanzi al pericolo di un vero e proprio annichilimento del destino dei cittadini della Basilicata per l’improvvida decisione di vincolare oltre il 60% dell’intero territorio lucano agli interessi delle Compagnie petrolifere.
Non riusciamo neppure ad immaginare quali siano le motivazioni che spingono le classi dirigenti a cedere alle multinazionali la sovranità su un territorio tanto vasto, con il rischio di una condanna a un miserabile destino, in cui le elemosine delle royalties petrolifere e delle sovvenzioni in aeternum potranno servire unicamente a portare impercettibili miglioramenti ad un irreversibile degrado ambientale, sociale e civile.
Siamo persuasi che le risorse naturali di un paese appartengano ai cittadini e vadano usate nel nell’interesse di tutti e, soprattutto, delle generazioni future. La popolazione lucana, che vive zone nelle quali le risorse naturali come l’acqua (si pensi che recentemente la COCA COLA ha acquisito le “Fonti del Vulture”), come quelle fossili (il petrolio e il metano) abbondano, invece di trarre beneficio da tale ricchezza, vede aumentare giorno per giorno la sua precarietà. In una logica in cui l’idea dello sfruttamento pervade di sé tutto, con violazione dei diritti all’informazione, corruzione, impoverimento delle campagne, assenza di futuro.

Lo stesso Mezzogiorno potrà avere un destino se ci sarà un ‘popolo del mezzogiorno’ che lo costruisce assieme alla politica ed ai governi. Il ruolo dei gruppi dirigenti deve essere quello di regolare e programmare, non potendo accettarsi una azione che, in una continua razionalizzazione dell’esistente, finisce con l’essere un fattore dell’accumulazione capitalistica, nell’intreccio perverso che si è determinato di mercificazione della politica e di politicizzazione dell’economia.
Tutto ciò, ovviamente, anche nella consapevolezza che la sfrenata corsa all’oro nero alimenta indirettamente la spirale scellerata della guerra.

In Lombardia la Sinistra Arcobaleno vale l'8%, che corrisponde a 5 o 6 senatori (la variabile è sempre legata al risultato dell'Unione di Centro).

In Liguria i sondaggi danno il 9,5%, ovvero un seggio.

La Sinistra Arcobaleno si dividerà ovviamente il premio di minoranza (45%) nelle regioni dove supererà la soglia dell'8. E questo comporta una diminuzione dei seggi per il Popolo della Libertà laddove appare scontata la vittoria di Veltroni.

Ovvero in Emilia Romagna, Toscana, Umbria e Marche.

A subire invece l'effetto Bertinotti nel Nord (Veneto escluso) sarà il Partito Democratico.

Restano poi le regioni in bilico, dal Lazio alla Puglia, dove chi perde tra i due principali poli dovrà spartirsi i seggi di minoranza con la Sinistra Arcobaleno , riducendo così il numero di eletti.

Si tratta perciò di una variabile complessa e determinante al tempo stesso, che potrebbe incidere sui numeri a Palazzo Madama, favorendo o allontanando il rischio pareggio.

C'è poi un'altra ripercussione, che non riguarda né Berlusconi né Veltroni.

Il superamento della soglia dell'8% in molte zone da parte della Sinistra Arcobaleno riduce drasticamente il numero di senatori dell'Udc, in particolare al Sud.

Di fatto, Casini è quello che più di tutti verrà penalizzato se i sondaggi interni a Rifondazione risulteranno veri.
